When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Learning and Development team you are set to lead the design and implementation of innovative learning solutions that enhance the learner experience. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex challenges mentor junior team members and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of project management. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your agile and waterfall project management skills embrace emerging learning technologies and contribute to the growth of both your personal brand and the overall success of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative learning solutions for tax-related topics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps
- Analyze feedback to enhance learning programs and resources
- Facilitate engaging training sessions that promote knowledge retention
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make improvements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and educational methodologies
- Support the development of a culture of continuous learning within the organization
What You Must Have
- Master Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Leveraging agile and waterfall project management skills
- Demonstrating understanding of human-centered design principles
- Managing learning management systems and workflow
- Establishing networks with on-shore and offshore resources
