The Marketing & Sales Indirect Business Development Specialist must have a profile with a national vision strategic and creation/adaptation of the annual Marketing & Sales plans for the indirect channel in the products under his responsibility. This person will be responsible for the overall process for specific projects impacting the entire indirect channel of J&J Medtech Surgery Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
Product: Deep knowledge of product and processes of the most critical areas for the channel and therefore of the most important products e.g. launches. The management of business lines and their integration in the indirect channel.
Marketing: Collaborate closely with the marketing departments of each division with the objective of being able to collaborate giving the vision of the indirect channel in the creation of events / courses / trainings / launches / congresses.
This work is critical for creating specific events for the indirect channel and at the same time achieve greater agility in adapting to take better advantage of any activity generated by national marketing (e.g. STS).
Launch marketing of the KOls and important hospitals that are currently in the area of our TPis collaborate in the strategies to identify and develop events with them and include them in those created at national level.
Communication: Develop a specific communication channel with the TPIs and their sales network sharing with them product information indirect channel updates launches specific trainings. We seek to increase the sense of belonging of all our indirect collaborators to Ethicon. To create a collaborative network among the TPIs where we share success stories growth strategies etc...
Training: Coordinate the TPis academy project to generate a standard of knowledge and good sales practices in the indirect channel.
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in healthcare or biomedical
Fluent English and Spanish
Excellent oral (including group presentations) and written communication skills as well as solid organizational and time management abilities are required.
The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
Analytical thinking results oriented teamwork and collaboration integrity.
Strong problem solving organizational and project management skills including the ability to design structure and lead projects.
