Role Summary and Impact

As part of theGlobal Operations Centre (GOC) you will work closely with teams across the United States Europe and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative multicultural environment. We are looking for a AdOps Specialist who will:

  • Interact effectively withinternal PL Team as well as regionals(Europe U.S. Asia) and beproactive andstrong communicatorfor all of them.
  • Support CM360 campaign launches setups and post launches verification according toWPP Mediaestablished guidelines.
  • Ensure campaigns comply withWPP Mediasglobal policies and guidelines.
  • Produce daily campaign reports including daily pacing data inputting and providing commentary to regional Media Activation teams.Work closely with manager to serve as a point of contact between ad server and internal business units.
  • Support with QA of junior team members.
  • Support all media trafficking needs by scheduling and maintaining placements rotation of ads and creative throughout the lifetime of campaigns.
  • Efficiently distribute tags trackers and creative assets to all media partners.
  • Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platformsandensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools andWPP Mediacampaign management software.
  • Embed additional survey audience measurement verification and other tracking components for external vendors as needed.
  • Support daily QA and timely troubleshooting of all placements tagging and floodlights/vendor pixels for on-site tracking implementations to ensure proper tracking.
  • Educate and assist internal/external teams on proper implementation and best practices of third-party ad serving tags and systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment supporting new products/businesses supported by a proven large-scale media property.

Skills and Experience

If this opportunity looks right for you we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • You are proficient in English (B2).
  • You have 15/2years experience in digital media agency or digital ad serving ecosystem (CM360 as main Flashtalking nice to have).
  • Have some experience/knowledgeaboutwithGoogle AdsFacebook Business Manager or DV360.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • You have experience with ad serving technologies.
  • You are detail oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • You are flexible personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile.
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Practical experience with Google Tag Manager will be an asset.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader groups compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline.
