Job Summary
At LCRA we are seeking for a driven leader to operate as a coal Power Plant Director. As a part of LCRAs generation team your expertise will contribute to safe reliable operations of 1300 MW three-unit coal plant. This position provides oversight and direction for all operations and maintenance functions of the three operating units as well as the coal yard. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to balance operation goals overhaul plans and long-term success. Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about coal power plants maintenance practices scheduling and overhauls. You will be trusted to: - Maintain coal power plant operations including fuel yard. |
You qualify with: - Twelve or more years of experience in power plant operations maintenance engineering planning construction or other relevant experience including five or more years experience preparing and managing budgets and supervising employees.
