Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules class bookings and instructor assignments.

  • Maintain training records certification status and skills matrices in the Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Support onboarding training for new Manufacturing employees.

  • Communicate training reminders schedules and updates to supervisors and employees.

  • Prepare attendance lists training materials and follow-up documentation.

  • Track training completion rates and support monthly reporting.

  • Assist in improving training processes documentation and materials.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business or related field.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with different teams.

  • Basic skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with digital tools (Teams SharePoint).
