Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training schedules class bookings and instructor assignments.
Maintain training records certification status and skills matrices in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support onboarding training for new Manufacturing employees.
Communicate training reminders schedules and updates to supervisors and employees.
Prepare attendance lists training materials and follow-up documentation.
Track training completion rates and support monthly reporting.
Assist in improving training processes documentation and materials.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Manufacturing Business or related field.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with different teams.
Basic skills in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with digital tools (Teams SharePoint).
