Position Overview:
We are seeking Industrial Engineering team members to support the 737 Manufacturing team in a non-standard production environment with focus on major rework and overhaul of post factory operations. The ideal candidates will possess strong strategic and creative-thinking skills as well as utilize data and analytics to make recommendations on how to support and improve quality processes. It is essential that the candidates can effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams and establish partnerships with senior leaders. Additionally the candidates will focus on production stability implementing lean methodologies assess and perform to rate readiness requirements and improve quality through structured root cause analysis reviews.
Candidates will engage with all manufacturing engineering and production-supporting organizations and should be self-starters as well as collaborative team players. Monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments will be key responsibilities for the candidate. Adaptability to changes in tasks work environment and work structures is also a crucial strength.
