Shine of Carmel is a fast-growing exterior home services company specializing in window cleaning pressure washing gutter cleaning and specialty services. Were building a high-standard team that takes pride in quality work strong systems and real career growth.

What Youll Do

Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and light commercial properties
Perform pressure washing on driveways patios siding and other exterior surfaces
Set up ladders hoses surface cleaners and safety equipment properly
Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
Follow Shines systems checklists and quality standards
Work efficiently as part of a crew (or lead jobs as you grow)

What Were Looking For

Reliable punctual and coachable
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
Valid drivers license (clean driving record preferred)
Experience is a plus but not required we train the right people
