About the Team
The Marketing portfolio is made up of four teams: Brand & Marketing Media & Corporate Communications Digital & UX and Student Recruitment.
This role is part of the Brand & Marketing team. The purpose of the Brand and Marketing team is to enhance the reputation of Victoria University and drive positive student outcomes.
The team is comprised of four key functional areas incorporating Brand & Content Customer Experience (CX) Marketing Automation & Marketing. This position is part of Marketing. The Marketing teams remit is focused on the acquisition of students and enhancing reputation of VU.
About the Role
This pivotal position offers the chance to shape Victoria Universitys reputation with employers and to influence how employers perceive the value of a VU qualification.
As the driving force behind our graduate marketing strategy you will lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns that highlight what sets VU and our graduates apart from other institutions. Working collaboratively with a supportive and forward-thinking team youll be instrumental in building our approach from the ground up.

Position Key Duties
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies to promote VU graduates to employers across priority industries.
Lead campaigns that showcase graduate capabilities success stories and employability outcomes.
Collaborate with Careers and Industry teams to align marketing with employer engagement strategies.
Work closely with creative and media agencies to build effective campaigns and manage media spend ensuring strong ROI for all activity.
Partner with the Marketing Automation team to develop targeted initiatives that nurture employer relationships and drive engagement.
Create content and assets for employer audiences across digital social and event channels.
Analyse market trends and employer needs to inform campaign development and messaging.
Support the development of employer-facing platforms and collateral (e.g. talent directories employer toolkits).
Measure and report on campaign performance employer engagement and contribution to graduate outcomes.
Represent VU at industry events and forums to promote graduate talent and build brand awareness.
Ensure all B2B marketing aligns with VU brand guidelines and strategic positioning
Ensure that all public information provided for campaigns related to B2B marketing strategy about the University is current accurate and meets the Universitys compliance obligations.
Responsible for oversight of budget-monitoring and reporting on allocated funds.

About You
