Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs conduct user research and translate insights into innovative design solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g. operations support product data teams) to understand user pain points and translate them into intuitive software solutions.

• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.

• Participate in code reviews design discussions and team planning sessions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.

• Continuously improve system performance scalability and security.

• Integrate with internal and third-party systems.

• Design develop and maintain tools and systems that improve operational efficiency internal workflows and customer-facing functions.

Required Experience/Clearance

• Active TS/SCI

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cyber Security Information Technology or other relevant technical field.

• Certified in AWS or equivalent cloud technology.

• Ten (10) years of architecture and engineering experience in the IC.

• Six (6) years of experience in architecting and engineering classified IC systems.

• Three (3) years of experience using C2C or C2E to deliver technical solutions

Desired Experience

• Masters degree in technical field

• Experience with Agile PM tools such as Jira or Confluence

• 10 years experience working in the IC.

• Experience programming with AngularJS JavaScript JAVA HTML CSS

• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL data solutions SQL and other query languages
