THE POSITION:

Lead health & safety compliance financial reporting and workforce rostering to ensure smooth efficient and compliant operations
Partner closely with clients building strong relationships and collaborating to consistently deliver exceptional service outcomes
Empower and develop team leaders and employees driving capability engagement and a high-performance culture
Oversee key administrative functions within your portfolio ensuring processes are streamlined accurate and aligned

THE PERSON:

Proven management-level experience within the hospitality or relevant industry with a track record of leading successful teams
Exceptional communication and people leadership skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop others
A proactive and hands-on leader who brings a professional positive and supportive approach to every shift
