Job Summary
The ideal candidate possesses experience in buying marketing and/or finance with a track record of successful relationship management strong analytical acumen and experience generating and managing reporting and analysis. Great communication skills and understanding of Excel will be essential to your success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to a successful result.
Key job responsibilities
Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible detail-oriented analytical and comfortable working with multiple teams vendors partners and management. On a day to day basis you will:
Drive strategic negotiations with large vendors and represent Amazon when meeting with senior leaders
Develop long-term strategies and significantly influences cross-category plans
Work cross functionally both within Amazon and the strategic vendor and implement scalable simple and automated solutions to address customer pain points
Create opportunities for growth customer acquisition and brand-building
Audit metrics regularly determine and prioritize business opportunities identify risks and make recommendations to pursue
Identify industry trends and develop innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to support growth
- 1 years of account management project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience using analytical specific tools such as Google Analytics SQL or HTML
- Knowledge of Excel skills to be able to refine data and prepare business reports
- Experience in process improvement
- Experience managing large amounts of data
- Experience in financial analysis retail buying retail planning & allocation product/project management marketing business development consulting negotiation or supply chain
- Experience in Pet Food industry
- 1 years of Amazon 1P or 3P experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
