About the Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking an analytically skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our data operations and reporting needs. This position will play a key role in survey administration data analysis and reporting initiatives that directly inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Drawing from both internal and external data sources prepare reports that inform and respond to information needs.

  • Analyze survey data to prepare comprehensive course retrospectives annual program reports and cohort reports. Highlight key trends outcomes and areas for improvement.

  • Manage and administer student surveys in the Qualtrics platform. Monitor response rates for course surveys during the end of each term.

  • Assist with quality assurance testing of multi-source tables in a data warehouse using SQL queries.

  • Produce ad hoc reports and dashboards in response to internal stakeholder requests.

  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations for executive presentations.

  • Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that support organizational goals.

  • Document processes and maintain organized records of analyses and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in data science business analytics statistics mathematics or related field

  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data

  • Experience with survey platforms preferably Qualtrics

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to work with large datasets

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software (R Python SPSS or similar) preferred

  • Experience with data modelling or database design preferred
