OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY
Analyzes monitors executes and reconciles Mental Health Services data as related to student services and programs. Prepare reports to meet the internal and external reporting needs and requirements and complies with state and local requirements and School Board policies and requirements. The work involves the ongoing refining of data collection data verification and/or other data management responsibilities.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
1. Prepares and reviews monthly and cumulative reports and prepares data analysis to assist in supporting continuous improvement model.
2. Coordinates the management of key data elements as they relate to established mental health services metrics and other relevant reporting functions.
3. Assist in analyzing monitoring and compiling of student mental health information programs and reports.
4. Assists with mental health monitoring process including historical reports based on lates program monitoring requirements.
5. Utilizes computer software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook).
6. Works with the districts functions in collecting and verifying data elements.
7. Performs other duties related to the Mental Health Services general administrative responsibilities of the position.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The work requires the following physical activities: sitting mobility lifting finger dexterity grasping repetitive motions talking hearing and visual acuity. The work is performed primarily indoors.
MINIMUM QULIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration Accounting Finance or five (5) years of experience in related field.
2. Proficient word processing and spreadsheet skills and demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
