The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you will lead advanced analytics consulting engagements and provide strategic business recommendations. As a Director you will set the strategic direction drive business development efforts and oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 14 to 20 years of experience in analytics consulting
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Experience in developing machine learning and AI models
- Leading and managing large teams of 50 members
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders at various levels
- Identifying and evaluating new AI technologies and tools
- Familiarity with ethical guidelines for AI development
- Staying updated on trends in generative AI
- Managing project delivery between teams in different locations
- Contributing to research and development activities
