Housing Strategy Standards & Renewal Assistant
About the role:
As a Housing Standards Assistant youll provide essential frontline support to officers and managers liaising with the public and key agencies maintaining and managing databases providing essential data and reports to support the performance management of the section.
You will support officers in improving housing within the Wirral including assisting and processing of mandatory HMO and Selective Licences.
In addition the role involves supporting the delivery of financial assistance products to improve housing and bringing back into use long term empty properties.
About the Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication organisational and IT skills and can work independently using a range of computer software packages including Microsoft Office and Teams.
You should have customer focused experience as well as experience dealing with the public face to face and over the telephone Above all you will be looking to improve the way we engage with our employees/residents/customers to ensure they are at the heart of everything we do.
