Personal Assistant (Maternity Contract 14 month contract term start mid/late June)
Berkshire (fully remote with in person team meeting once a week)
Full time / part time hours available dependant on individuals preference
23000 - 25000 dependant on experienceIain White a highly respected and well known figure in the Property industry is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant on a 14 month maternity contract to work across his various different companies along side him.
This role is fully remote however there is a in person team meeting every week in Wokingham.
The role:
Diary management: - Booking physical meetings and zooms
- Organising schedules and booking in diaries regular client training/mentoring sessions for the year either in person or via zoom (depending on each clients agreement)
- Booking hotels and train tickets for client visits
Administration: - Responding to emails / sending follow up emails after meetings
- Sending blank NDAs and executing completed copies with both signatures
- Filing confidential documents/emails on drop box
- Writing letters for potential acquisition opportunities and posting the letters
- Going back over the previous weeks meeting and sending out any follow up emails
- Sending a contracts on DocuSign for new members
- Updating member contact database with new members contact details on Excel sheet
- Organising the committee webinars confirming date time and topic
Bookkeeping: - Managing expenses
- Monthly mileage reports
- Invoicing clients for services provided on Xero
- Uploading all supplier cost invoices to Xero via Dext
- Reconciling all incoming and outgoing payments on Xero
Experience required:
- Previous Personal Assistance experience is essential diary management emailsadmin support
- Previous bookkeeping experience would be ideal Xero / Dext (or similar)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work load
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Excel etc
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Based locally in the Berkshire / Surrey area
