DescriptionAs a Sr Tax Analyst here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in supporting our tax compliance and planning activities. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns conducting tax research and ensuring compliance with federal state and local tax regulations. Your expertise will help optimize our tax strategies and minimize risks contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
In this role you will impact the companys tax position by ensuring accurate and timely tax filings identifying tax-saving opportunities and providing valuable insights on tax-related matters. Your work will help Honeywell maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations avoid penalties and support strategic business decisions.

Critical activities of the job
Accounting Control and Compliance | - Proficiency in Excel.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Preparation and Review of US Federal & State Corporate Income Tax return
- Prepare various supporting schedules for the Federal & state Corporate Income Tax Returns
- Deferred Tax Workbook reviews
- Intercompany Loans Tracking & reporting
- InterCompany Dividend
- Work closely with RPA team to lead all the automation projects.

Qualifications| Education and Certifications | - Bachelors degree in finance or equivalent with strong finance operational background
|
| Required Experiences | - Min 5 years of experience in US Taxation
- Experience on Preparation and Review of Federal State & other International Returns/forms
|
| Knowledge and Skills | Critical - Review Experience & Good Knowledge of Federal State & International Corporate Tax returns
- Hands on experience with SAP / Systems knowledge of SAP and HFM
- Extensive knowledge of IRS and US State Tax Laws
- Good Experience in MS Office tools
- Process orientated with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Sound Accounting knowledge
- Project mindset can identify opportunities and lead projects.
- Good business acumen including company legal entity regulatory and compliance design
- Good communication skills
