Job Description: We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR you will play a crucial role in our sales process by identifying potential customers and generating interest in our products and services. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects through various channels including phone email and social media to create meaningful connections and set appointments for our sales executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various sources.
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls emails and social media.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest levels.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies for lead generation.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle objections and demonstrate persuasive techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a strong sales orientation.
