Responsibilities
Coordinate event-related sales activities from initial planning to execution
Support sales teams with scheduling logistics and client communications
Assist in preparing proposals presentations and sales materials for events
Maintain accurate records of event sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations
Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and follow-up
Ensure all timelines deliverables and standards are met consistently
