Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning coordination and execution of event-driven sales initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication between internal teams clients and event partners while supporting sales objectives from planning through post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized confident and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event-related sales activities from initial planning to execution

  • Support sales teams with scheduling logistics and client communications

  • Assist in preparing proposals presentations and sales materials for events

  • Maintain accurate records of event sales activities and client interactions

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations

  • Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and follow-up

  • Ensure all timelines deliverables and standards are met consistently
