- Participate in network kick-off/green light processes to align resources and editorial goals.
- Review commissioning requirements negotiate budgets and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple projects from development to delivery overseeing budgets schedules and production plans.
- Advise on deal structures financial arrangements and compliance with WBD policies to minimize risk.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely deliverables.
- Supervise production cashflow milestone payments and monitor contract compliance.
- Support PMD Senior Director with administrative and creative tasks process improvements and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with EMEA Production Coordinator and other regional colleagues on systems and payment requirements.
- Solid experience as a Production Manager in TV film or video production.
- Strong knowledge of production logistics budgeting and industry best practices.
- Proven negotiation skills and commercial understanding of rights costs and contracts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
