Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior BMC Helix Developer / Integration Analyst to support the development configuration and integration of BMC Helix ITSM CMDB and Digital Workplace solutions. The role involves platform customization dashboard development automation support and assisting with enterprise integrations.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Development
Configure and customize BMC Helix ITSM modules including Incident Change Service Request SLA and CMDB.
Develop and modify forms workflows filters and escalations within the AR System.
Customize Smart IT and Digital Workplace UI components.
Reporting & CMDB Support
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using BMC Helix Smart Reporting.
Support CMDB activities including CI creation relationship mapping and reconciliation rules.
Perform data validation health checks and data quality monitoring.
Integration & Deployment
Assist in integrations using Helix Integration Studio and Atrium Integrator/Orchestrator.
Work with REST APIs and web services for system integrations.
Perform unit testing support data migration and assist in deployment activities.
Support & Documentation
Provide L2/L3 support for BMC Helix platform issues.
Required Skills & Experience
47 years of experience in BMC Remedy / Helix development.
Hands-on experience with Helix ITSM Smart IT and Smart Reporting.
Working knowledge of AR System workflows and SQL.
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Experience supporting ITSM modules such as Incident Change and Service Request.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to CMDB Asset Management and Discovery tools.
Experience assisting with enterprise integrations using REST APIs.
Familiarity with deployment and data migration processes.
Relevant BMC or ITIL certifications.
Behavioural Competencies :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and documentation.
Eagerness to learn and grow within enterprise ITSM environments.
