Audit contracts technicaldelivery timeprice and business terms timely according to contract handling process.
依照海外合同处理流程对合同中有关技术交货期价格及商务条款等内容进行及时的评审
Follow up the status of contract technical auditinglayout drawing and customer clarification priority can be given to any urgent projects if any.
跟进技术评审销售工程制图客户澄清的问题相关工作的进程特殊项目需加急处理
Calculate the contracts final price sign PO with customer and hand out the shipping documents timely and pigeonholed it.
核算合同最终价格签订PO及时移交发运资料并归档
Coordinate the delivery period then arrange contracts manufacturing timely to satisfy customers requirement
协调交货周期及时安排合同进行生产满足客户要求的交货期
Well mastered the contract auditing method to continuously improve the auditing efficiency and quality.
掌握合同评审的方式和方法持续提高合同评审的工作质量和工作效率
Backlog Management . and Analyze the root cause of TBEscape and AMT if any to provide the improvement proposal.
库存订单管理 对于出现的TBEscape以及AMT认真分析错误的原因及给出改进方案
Responsible for application development customization and integration based on the Microsoft 365ecosystem ( including SharePoint online Teams Power Platform ) to meet the digital needs of business processes.
负责基于Microsoft 365 生态(SharePoint online Teams Power Platform)进行应用开发定制和集成满足业务流程数字化需求
Participate in requirement analysis and technical solution design for O365 applications and troubleshoot technical issues during O365 development ensure the delivery quality.
参与O365的应用需求分析和技术方案设计解决过程中遇到的技术问题确保交付质量
Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.

Qualifications任职资格
Education & Certification教育背景和专业资格
- Bachelor degree or above majored in International Trade or mechanics technique or a computer-related major.
学士或以上学位国际贸易机械专业计算机相关专业优先
Experience工作经验
- 2 year or above experiences experienced with Mechanical or foreign trading or computer-related will be plus
2年以上相关工作经验具有机械或外贸计算机相关经验者优先
Knowledge专业知识
- Proficient in windows office and O365 software

- Well mastered English freely communicated with customer in both oral and written English. CET-4CET is required.
