负责 IGS与 OEC产品线的区域市场策略落地包括年度市场计划重点项目推进及品牌曝光提升
策划并执行区域市场活动如学术会议科室会路演展会及数字化推广活动确保活动与品牌定位一致并有效触达目标客户
负责区域市场内容建设包括产品卖点提炼宣传物料制作PPT手册视频脚本数字内容等提升产品价值传递效率
深入分析区域市场趋势客户需求与竞品动态形成洞察报告为产品策略销售策略及市场投入提供依据
建立并维护区域 KOL 网络推动专家合作示范中心项目及重点医院市场活动的执行
与销售团队协作提供市场工具包竞争分析案例内容等支持提升销售转化效率
跟踪市场活动效果进行数据分析ROI 评估与复盘持续优化市场资源配置

任职要求

本科及以上学历市场营销生物医学工程医学护理等相关专业优先
3 年以上医疗器械或医药行业市场相关经验有影像设备手术室设备或外科相关经验者优先
具备扎实的市场活动策划与执行能力能够独立推进多项市场项目
具备良好的内容策划与制作能力熟练使用办公软件能将复杂技术信息转化为清晰的市场语言
具备较强的市场洞察力数据分析能力与项目管理能力
具备优秀的沟通协调能力能与销售医学KOL医院多方高效协作
具备良好的合规意识熟悉医疗器械行业相关法规要求
能适应一定频率的出差
