Qualifications :

- Experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or e-commerce environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in handling customer requests
- German at a professional working level (spoken and written)
- English at a minimum B2 level
- Ability to explain complex issues in a clear simple and understandable way
- Skill in translating technical language into everyday user-friendly communication
