Job Summary
Thenamaris invites high-caliber professionals to apply for the position of Business Analyst in the Planning Department.
The Business Analyst will play a role in weekly and quarterly performance reporting and in supporting cross-departmental initiatives and projects. The individual will extract transform and validate data and develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to help ensure the delivery of accurate timely and meaningful insights that support performance monitoring and inform strategic decision-making.
The individual will also work with various business stakeholders and the IT team to translate business needs into actionable systems requirements. Such work will include process mapping data validation UAT coordination end user training and post go-live support.
The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving analytical IT and business analysis skills. A results-oriented approach excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively are also required.
The position is permanent and is based on-site in Athens (Vouliagmeni) Greece.
Qualifications :
- A university degree in Engineering Mathematics Computer Science Finance Business Administration or a related discipline; a Masters degree in a relevant field is also preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a role focused on business analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously effectively balancing deadlines and competing priorities will be considered an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate and present solutions to all levels of internal business stakeholders
- Advanced SQL power BI Excel and Python skills
- Proficiency in English and Greek at an oral and written level
