Maximum term role until 1 May 2026

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be working with existing client groups including government organisations whose employees wish to commence salary-packaging arrangements. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for administering and processing new customer accounts.

The main focus of the role is to provide administration support to the RemServ operations team and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Assist with administrative and reporting requirements in accordance with client and Remserv standards and expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of effective teamwork.
  • Work towards achieving team goals and targets.
