About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join our HIS team in a clerical this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincents Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as a Health Information Services Clerk at our Albert St location in East Melbourne.
You will be responsible for efficiently preparing and scanning patient records into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
A strong sense of customer service is required as you will regularly liaise with both internal and external customers responding to general enquiries and actioning these requests as needed in accordance with relevant privacy policies and legislation.
You will work alongside a supportive administrative team and report to the Health Information Services Operations Coordinator.

REQUIREMENTS:

SVPHM has a duty of care under work health and safety legislation to eliminate and/or control the risk of transmission of vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) in healthcare settings.
