About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the service workflow act as the customer liaison and ensure smooth communication between technicians parts and clients.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager / Dealer Principal some of your responsibilities will include:
- Support with dealership events including trade shows and ride days
- Communicate job progress and provide accurate updates to customers
- Assist technicians in determining parts & accessories for individual jobs
- Handle customer payments and inquiries in a professional timely manner
- Allocate repair orders to technicians and maintain workshop schedule flow
- Ensure service-related promotions and showroom cleanliness are maintained
- Greet customers and manage bookings for motorcycle servicing and warranty work
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A current Class R Motorcycle licence
- Sound mathematical and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of WH&S and dealership procedures
- Strong administrative communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of motorcycle components (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Experience in customer service or retail sales (automotive/motorcycle ideal)
- Certificate III Automotive (Sales Service Advisor) or relevant industry experience
