Resourcing Advisor

At BESIX Watpac were growing and were looking for a proactive and relationshipdriven Resourcing Advisor to join our team.  In this role youll play a valued part in shaping our workforce that deliver world class projects in Australia and New Zealand.

Based in our national head office in Fortitude Valley you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with hiring managers to deliver an effective end-to-end recruitment process.
• Implementing proactive sourcing initiatives to build strong talent pipelines.
• Managing a seamless onboarding experience for new starters ensuring compliance with business requirements.
• Representing BESIX Watpac at careers fairs university events and industry functions.

Qualifications :

The incumbent in this role will require:

• Previous recruitment experience in an Advisor or Coordinator capacity.
• Experience with recruiting within construction or related sectors will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in applying effective candidate sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to communicate influence and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
