You will make an impact by
- Designing imaginative internal communication plans and campaigns that motivate and inform employees.
- Producing engaging monthly newsletters videos and digital content that celebrate our people and initiatives.
- Partnering across the organisation to uncover meaningful stories that support cultureconnectionand change.
- Providingadvice on communication toolschannelsand bestpractice approaches.
- Capturing and creating compelling written photographic and video content at internal and external events.
What you will bring
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair and a natural storytelling ability.
- Experience producing communication materials across multiple mediums (writing video photography digital platforms).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently with people at all levels.
- Proven capability in planningdeliveringand evaluating communication campaignsinternal or external.
- Sound judgement decisionmakingskillsand the ability to handle enquiries diplomatically and confidentially.
- Proficiencywith communication tools such as intranet systems email marketingplatformsand digital content systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in communications media publicrelationsor a related field.
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
