- Lead practices every day during the Spring Season
- Must be willing to obtain a CDL with UCAs assistance
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Highly organized and an effective communicator
- Willingto hold offseasonworkouts to build skills priorto the spring season
- Coachingexperienceis strongly preferred
