Human Resources Recruiter
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This positionis responsible forthe following: Other duties may be assigned.
Priority focus area: Oversee allocation of human resources ensuringappropriate matchesbetween personnel.
Analyze andmodifycompensation and benefits policies toestablishcompetitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Plan organize directcontrolor coordinate the personnel training or labor relations activities of an organization.
Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Assistwith administration ofcompensationlevels benefits and performance management systems and safety and recreation programs.
Overseerecordsmaintenance and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires transfers performance appraisals and absenteeism rates.
Assistwith oversight ofevaluations classification and rating of occupations and jobpositions.
Assistwithpublishingand administration ofpersonnel policies.
Designs personnelformanddirectthe maintenance of personnel records by all departmentsutilizing HRMS workflows andmaintainingemployee and HR policy manuals and handbooks.
Conducts research assimilatesdataand creates a wage/salary scale along with managing job descriptions.
Review analyze andfinalizeall year-end reconciliation and compliance audits and reports.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelorsin business administration Human Resource Management Public Administration Psychology Education preferred. Will samedisciplines will be considered.
Two (2) tofive(5) years of experience in thehuman resources systems and/or recruiting
Associations with National / Local HR Organization SHRM/SETHRApreferred.
Working Conditions:
Regular exposure to all weather conditions especially hot humidand /or rainy weather combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.
Necessary Equipment Operation:
Office equipment including telephone fax machine scanner computer printer ten-key
