Job Summary

The Moses Lexus Receptionist is the first contact to greet visitors by phone and person. The Receptionist will primarily answer phones and greet visitors in a timely pleasant and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors determine their needs and contact the appropriate department.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Straighten guest areas.
- Light paperwork.
- Assist other departments as needed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

- Outgoing and positive personality
- Valid drivers license
