You will report directly to our Sr Director Engineeringand youll work out of our Phoenix AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Were searching for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our cross-functional team delivering exceptional service and solutions to our internal and external customers and partners.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Office Management: Organize and maintain office files supplies and equipment. Ensure the workspace is efficient and conducive to productivity.
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements for the engineering program management and sales teams.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Assist in drafting emails memos and reports while managing interactions with our startup customers maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents presentations and reports for team meetings and client presentations.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update databases track project timelines and assist in the preparation of project documentation.
- Support Sales Activities: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals responding to inquiries and managing customer communications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to facilitate information flow and ensure timely completion of tasks.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint for creating documents and presentations.
- Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or start-up environment
