Bar Supervisor Banqueting

• Act as a visible supervisory presence in the Spa Bar at all times
• Lead the shift allocating roles and ensuring smooth service flow
• Represent the Spa Bar in relevant operational meetings
• Oversee opening and closing procedures ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation across all bar and lounge areas
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
• Communicate professionally with colleagues and support strong teamwork
• Ensure a guestfocused culture leading by example in service standards
• Take and deliver orders accurately maintaining luxury service expectations
• Handle guest issues or complaints appropriately and escalate when needed
• Drive sales through upselling and daily revenue awareness
• Stay informed about business levels and upcoming events across the resort
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions during the shift
• Conduct preshift briefings to prepare the team for service
• Maintain full knowledge of menus including wines cocktails and bar offerings

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of bar or hospitality experience ideally within events banqueting or luxury environments
• Basic food and beverage knowledge including drink preparation and service standards
• Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to complete upon starting)
• Personal Licence desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and customerservice skills suitable for a fivestar setting
• Experience handling cash and POS systems beneficial
