- Deliver exceptional guest service ensuring every guest receives a warm personalised and luxurylevel experience.
- Resolve guest queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain spa ambience including cleanliness presentation and atmosphere in all treatment and relaxation areas.
- Support VIP and specialrequest guests in line with Fairmont standards.
- Supervise daily operations of therapists receptionists and spa attendants.
- Lead preshift briefings to communicate priorities occupancy and service expectations.
- Coach and mentor team members to uphold service excellence and operational standards.
- Support training and onboarding of new spa team members.
- Oversee treatment scheduling to maximise therapist productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene standards including COSHH and industry best practice.
- Monitor stock levels of products linens and consumables raising requisitions as needed.
- Support spa opening and closing procedures ensuring readiness and security.
- Assist with retail sales performance and product recommendations.
- Support revenue targets through upselling package promotion and efficient scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records including treatment logs therapist hours and operational checklists.
- Assist with reporting on KPIs such as occupancy retail conversion and guest feedback.
Qualifications :
- 12 years spa experience and some supervisory exposure preferred within a luxury hospitality environment
- Deliver excellent guest service resolve queries and maintain a luxury spa environment
- Supervise daily operations support therapists and reception and lead briefings
- Manage schedules maintain hygiene and safety standards and oversee stock
- Support retail sales upselling and basic KPI reporting
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) required
