- To maintain a constant and attentive poolside presence with radio communication at all times ensuring smooth coordination throughout the day
- To ensure the poolside area remains immaculate wellorganised and fully compliant with all Health & Safety headcount and monitoring procedures
- To uphold exceptional cleanliness and support preventative maintenance across all poolside and wetarea facilities
- To maintain the Health Club & Spa to the highest standards of hygiene presentation and brand excellence in line with Fairmont policies
- To report maintenance issues promptly and accurately through the correct channels
- To complete all daily weekly and monthly checklists in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a luxury spa leisure club wellness facility or guestfacing hospitality role (612 months preferred)
- Strong understanding of poolside safety guest wellbeing and premium service expectations
- Warm polished communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests
- Ability to follow health safety and hygiene procedures including COSHH and manualhandling guidelines
- Confidence using radios and basic operational systems
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining pristine presentation standards
- Ability to remain calm composed and guestfocused during busy periods
- Flexibility to work early mornings evenings weekends and peak seasonal periods in line with luxury spa operations
