- Experience testing ideas in the market and making evidence-based decisions
- Strong writing skills for POVs offer descriptions and outreach messaging
- Cross-functional collaboration with marketing sales and delivery teams
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Ability to prioritise make trade-offs and operate with high ownership
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with AI data or complex engineering services
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline analysis
- Background in mid-size or scaling organisations
- Experience with time-boxed initiatives and clear go/no-go decisions
