- Secure sustainable long-term partnerships ensuring best market conditions.
- Manage contract lifecycle in collaboration with Legal teams.
- Promote sustainable sourcing initiatives (e.g. plastic reduction responsible sourcing).
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders:
- Country Procurement teams
- Global & local Marketing
- Digital & Technology Services (D&TS)
- Brand Partnership teams
- ESG / Sustainability teams
- Actively engage stakeholders to ensure alignment adoption and performance of procurement solutions.
- Promote and represent the Group Procurement function internally and externally.
Performance & Governance
- Ensure KPI implementation and monitoring to track category performance.
- Be accountable for budget achievement within your scope.
- Design measurement tools to support solution deployment and compliance.
- Actively support and sell procurement solutions to internal and external customers.
Team Leadership

- Experience in F&B and/or OS&E categories.
