Senior Architect – Airport Interior Works

Position Overview

We are hiring for the position of Senior Architect Airport Interior Works for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves leading the design coordination and execution of interior works for airport terminal buildings ensuring functionality aesthetics passenger experience and compliance with aviation and safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design development for airport terminal interiors including public areas retail lounges offices and back-of-house spaces.
• Develop interior concepts material palettes finishes and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture structure MEP fire & life safety and IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with DGCA BCAS ICAO fire safety accessibility and local building codes.
• Review shop drawings mock-ups material submittals and samples.
• Support stakeholder coordination with airport authorities operators and vendors.
• Guide junior architects and interior designers to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Participate in design reviews value engineering and constructability assessments.
• Support construction-stage activities including site inspections and design clarifications.
• Prepare and review interior design documentation specifications and presentations.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in architecture / interior design.
Minimum of 1015 years of experience in interior design for large infrastructure or airport projects.
Proven experience in airport terminal interior works.

Additional Information :

Experience on large-scale airport terminal projects.
Strong understanding of passenger experience wayfinding and operational requirements.
Proficiency in architectural and interior design tools and BIM platforms.
Strong leadership coordination and communication skills.
