Job Summary
Location: Remote-first (annual in-person team gatherings; optional local social meetups)
Working Hours: UK Shift (3 PM - 12 AM )
The Opportunity
Were looking for a Senior Designer to join our team. This is a chance to work on diverse high-impact projects across our internal brand work and client-facing deliverables.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll be joining our existing design team reporting directly to our Design Lead. Your days will be split between creating compelling marketing materials for HelloKindreds own brand and delivering exceptional design work for the clients we serve. Think everything from infographics and sales decks to brand campaigns and event materialsa healthy mix that keeps things interesting. Youll be the go-to person for turning complex business concepts into clear visually engaging designs that resonate with professional audiences. Whether its a white paper that needs to look polished or a LinkedIn campaign that needs to stop the scroll youll bring strategic thinking and creative execution to every project.
The Process
We want to make sure this is the right fit for both of us so our hiring process includes:
- Portfolio review
- Two assessment rounds (well share more details as we go)
- Final conversation with the team
Qualifications :
- 67 years of graphic design experience specifically in B2B environments this is crucial. Were talking corporate clients professional services enterprise software that world. Not consumer brands or retail.
- Background working in an agency setting or within an established organizations marketing team.
- A portfolio that showcases your work across various B2B deliverables: case studies sales presentations corporate brochures event materials digital campaigns and more.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (this is non-negotiable).
- Strong presentation design skills particularly in PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of AI design tools like Midjourney DALL-E Adobe Firefly Canvas Magic Design Figma AI features Photoshops generative fill or Gamma
