Job Summary
- Accurately pick production orders for on-site manufacturing
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Continually seek Continuous Improvement opportunities
- Follow instructions and regulations for fire safety and risk avoidance
- Observe instructions and regulations relating to environmental protection when carrying out assigned duties
- Maintain accurate documentation of picked orders and completed tasks
- Assist in training new team members on proper picking procedures and safety protocols
- Employee must notify supervisor of any deviations
- Adhere to all company policies procedures and quality control standards
- Other duties as required
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- 1 - 3 years of Warehousing experience
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Computer Literate SAP experience an asset.
- Self motivated punctual versatile and maintains a positive attitude
- Detail oriented excellent organizational communication and problem solving skills
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
Additional Information :
The successful candidate must be willing to work the day shift (7 AM - 3:18 PM) or the afternoon shift (3:00 - 11:18 PM) based on business needs.
