This role is responsible for identifying dealership key management personnel and corresponding contact information using public and authorized online sources. Accuracy consistency and attention to detail are critical to ensuring the integrity of marketing databases and outreach position plays an important role in enabling effective marketing communication campaign targeting and market intelligence Responsibilities:Conduct online research using dealership websites OEM dealer listings and other approved public sources to identify key dealership management personnelAccurately capture and maintain names titles and email addresses of dealership leadership and management contactsEnter and update data in internal systems (primarily Excel spreadsheets) with a high level of precision and consistencyIdentify and flag missing inconsistent or questionable data for reviewGenerate ad-hoc reports or summaries as requested by the Marketing teamFollow established data standards naming conventions and documentation guidelinesSupport ongoing database cleanup enrichment and quality assurance initiativesPerform other administrative and data-related duties as assigned to support Marketing OperationsQualifications:High School diploma required / Post-secondary education in Business Administration is an asset12 years of experience in data entry research administrative support or marketing support roles preferredStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools particularly ExcelDemonstrated ability to conduct accurate research Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard for data accuracyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently while managing repetitive or high-volume tasksClear written communication skillsTo qualify for this role you must: Have been in your current role for at least 6 months Have no PIP (Performance Improvement Plan)Application submission deadline: March 27 2026Please apply online through the Careers tab in your Dayforce account.
