Job Summary
We are currently seeking a motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Laval QC from Tuesday to Saturday at 8:30am to 5:30pm. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.
What youre responsible for:
- Safely operating a tow truck (flatbed)
- Transporting customer vehicles to the branch
- Maintain accurate records of towing assignments including vehicle information pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Performing general labour tasks that may including depollution tire dismounting etc.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
- Provide our customers with excellent customer service!
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- Must speak french
- Valid Class 5 drivers license in good standing;
- Knowledge of towing laws regulations and safety procedures
- Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
