Job Summary

Joining us as the COO Poland you will take the lead in overseeing Customer Success Customer Care RevOps Finance and Legal operations within the Polish market. This role is centered on optimizing communication and processes across functions enhancing our customer success metrics and driving growth through strategic initiatives. You will align operational performance with our evolving business objectives and ensure coordination across departments. The role reports directly to Piotr our CEO in Poland.

You will:

- Provide guidance and oversight to the different functions and enhance autonomy and operational efficiency.

- Ensure that all operations from customer-facing teams to back-office functions are aligned with the companys evolving business objectives.

- Continuously evaluate the companys performance making necessary adjustments to meet shifting market and business demands.

- Manage the integration of customer success initiatives for recent and future acquisitions to align with the companys core value drivers.

- Be a visionary leader with a hands-on approach to effectively spearhead operational enhancements and tackle intricate problem-solving challenges.


Qualifications :

You should bring deep expertise in at least one of the areas under your responsibility with a strong enthusiasm for exploring and mastering new fields:

- Strategic Leadership: you will be pivotal in translating high-level strategy into actionable business plans and coordinating initiatives across all teams.

- Operational Excellence: establish and optimize processes for all teams and foster an environment conducive to innovation.

- Team Leadership: lead a significant portion of the Customer Success & Customer Care RevOps finance and legal teams (around 80 people in total) working closely with the CEO Poland to oversee operations client services customer care and patient care with complete end-to-end responsibility but co-leading this with the Heads of these critical areas.

- Functional Understanding: you must have a deep understanding of the functions of these teams and be able to drive their success through effective leadership and strategic guidance.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models with healthcare and SMB sectors as additional advantages.

- Effective in leading cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and motivating employees at all levels.

- Track record of delivering measurable results whether in revenue growth cost savings or operational efficiency.

- Skilled in using data-driven models to cut through complexity structure analyses effectively and prioritize key issues for resolution.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setup balancing global strategies with local execution needs.

- You are open to learn anytime from our customers and from the team. 

- You are fluent in Polish and English.
