Job Summary

Assist with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurant
Ensure professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interaction
Take accurate orders
Clear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy
An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your food stories with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine are preferred
The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages

Qualifications :

Previous customer service or hospitality experience
Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and weekends
An ability to find the Yes in every situation
A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
The necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
The drive to make Mr Good Guy a destination restaurant for South East Asian cuisine in Hobart!
