Job Summary
工作模式
- 在專案經理或專案建築師設計師的指導下參與專案之設計發展調整與修改並與團隊進行有效溝通與協作共同推動專案進展
- 能夠在設計發展與綠建築策略規劃過程中同步考量減碳如營運碳隱含碳 Embodied Carbon相關議題並將其與 LEED台灣綠建築EEWH之設計指標取分策略及專案條件進行整合協助團隊在設計品質環境績效與實務可行性之間取得平衡
- 負責設計發展原則與綠建築指標之檢核Review與後續深化檢討並針對 MEP 廠商及其他專業顧問所提送之設計內容與技術資料進行整合性檢視與合理性確認確保其與整體設計方向綠建築策略及專案目標一致
- 能就 MEP 或顧問提案中辨識對綠建築績效設計整合成本或時程可能造成影響之關鍵議題並提出具體調整建議協助專案團隊進行跨專業協調與決策
- 能同時處理多項任務具備良好彈性與適應能力能因應快速變化之專案需求與時程安排

- 對永續發展綠建築與建築環境績效具備系統性理解包含對減碳趨勢與建築碳排議題之基本認知能將永續與減碳原則結合 LEED 及台灣綠建築EEWH評估架構轉譯為具體設計發展指標與決策依據並於專案過程中持續檢核調整與優化相關策略
- 具備良好溝通能力能與跨部門跨專業團隊合作
- 具責任感能在既定時程內完成工作並對成果品質有自我要求
工作內容
- 參與 LEEDv4v4.1及或台灣 EEWH 綠建築 得分策略之評估與規劃依專案條件進行取分情境分析協助團隊擬定具可行性與效益之綠建築策略方向
- 針對不同綠建築指標與評分項目進行取分可行性比較與影響評估包含設計影響技術複雜度成本施工可行性時程風險及後續維運等因素提出具體分析與建議
- 協助辨識高效益與低效益之綠建築取分項目並於專案不同階段概念設計發展施工圖中動態調整取分策略以回應專案條件與客戶目標
- 能將綠建築得分策略與評估結果清楚轉譯並說明予專案團隊顧問及客戶協助專案進行設計取捨與決策避免僅停留於文件填報層級
- 於綠建築得分策略評估過程中納入減碳相關考量因素如設計方案對營運能耗材料選擇系統配置及後續營運之碳排放影響協助專案進行整體性策略比較與取捨
- 視專案需求協助整合或配合顧問進行初步減碳方向檢討或指標性分析如方案比較設計趨勢判斷並將結果轉譯為可供設計與決策參考之資訊而非僅止於數據呈現
Qualifications :
條件要求
- 具備大學或碩士學歷建築設計相關學系畢業具更高學歷者將優先考慮
- 3 年以上綠建築設計或永續策略規劃相關經驗具建築基礎設施或工業專案經驗者尤佳
- 具備 LEEDv4v4.1及或台灣 EEWH 綠建築系統實務經驗
- 能夠將永續策略整合進建築和機電設計中
- 熟悉能源水資源建築外殼及室內環境品質的概念
- 具備跨領域的協調和溝通能力
- 須具備良好中文能力英語能力佳者優先考慮
優先資格
- 具備 LEED AP 認證並熟悉 LEEDv4v4.1評估架構與實務應用
- 具備 台灣 EEWH 綠建築送審與審查應對經驗能理解在地制度與實務操作差異
- 具備專案前期 永續綠建築及或減碳策略規劃經驗能將相關原則轉化為設計發展指標與決策依據
具備技能
- 熟悉設計發展與介面整合
- 熟悉3D軟體BIM REVITRhinoSketchupLumion等(具備Grasshopper-Script Skill有REVIT細部設計或執照圖相關經驗尤佳)
- 具法令法規分析能力設計發展中能進行法規檢討具執照圖與施工圖繪製經驗佳
- 熟悉Office軟體Adobe系列軟體(如:Adobe illustratorphotoshop)
