AECOM台灣建築與人居環境部(Building Places)涵蓋多元領域包含經濟策劃城市人本空間改造建築與景觀設計致力於推動整體城市的宜居品質與永續發展本職位隸屬於部門下的城市規劃與設計組 (Master Planning Urban Design)專注於總體規劃旅遊規劃城市設計與開發可行性評估強調以跨域整合思維結合空間產業基礎設施財務環境永續的整合性專業團隊

工作內容

• 配合計畫總監與專案經理進行城市設計與總體規劃專案之執行
•  指導基礎資料分析並獨立發展初步規劃設計概念方案
• 製作並整合規劃設計成果報告及簡報
• 對業主進行成果簡報整合設計成果協助專案提案與報告文件之製作
• 未來需能利用AI工具提升工作效率

Qualifications :

背景條件

• 需具備都市設計或都市規劃相關碩士學位或具有至少 6 年相關工作經驗具建築專業背景者尤佳
• 亦歡迎持都市規劃學士學位並取得建築或建築與都市設計相關碩士學位且具備 56 年建築相關工作經驗者應徵

技能要求

• 具備製圖能力熟悉製圖與簡報軟體如 SketchUpPhotoshopIllustratorAutoCADPowerPoint
• 具備制定空間規劃的能力並擁有涵蓋總體規劃與可行性評估的專案經驗
• 具備高度意願投入總體規劃與都市設計相關的都市發展工作
• 具備學習與應用 GIS 與 CityEngine 的能力
• 需為中文母語者或具流利中文能力良好英文能力者更佳

*具較豐富經驗者將考慮聘任為主辦城市設計師Project Urban Designer
