Responsible for the supervision and management of the overall Housekeeping operations by ensuring that all sectors of Housekeeping service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Hotels strategic plan and standards.
Participate in daily operations meetings to liaise and coordinate closely with support departments regarding general administration and operations issues.
Ensures that brand standards and procedures are duly respected implemented and updated.
Ensures the high quality of any services provided by a third-party (linen hire cleaning florists etc)
Handle all guest correspondences and ensure prompt follow-ups
Justifies Departments Expenses through P&L on monthly basis.
Ensures Departments Budget are met depending on the Hotels Occupancy / Actual Revenue.
Departments Budget Creation / Proposal.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management.
