Permanent Full Time (37 hours per week)
Are you an experienced data professional Were looking for a technically strong Business Intelligence Manager to lead our BI function and drive our reporting strategy to deliver high quality insight rich reporting across SHG.
Youll manage a small team of BI Developers/Analysts while remaining hands on with Power BI SQL DAX SSRS and modern data modelling techniques. You will also influence SHGs evolving data architecture including our journey towards implementing Microsoft Fabric and enabling self-service reporting.

In this role you will contribute towards modernising our reporting architecture enhancing data governance improving data quality and delivering dashboards and analytics that support informed decision making across the organisation.
What youll bring:
Strong SQL and Power BI expertise (proven experience as a Power BI Developer)
Experience managing and mentoring technical teams
Ability to design and optimise data models dashboards and reporting processes
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and Civica CX (bonus)
